Rice Bowl Beef Patty With BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Ricebowl

  • Plant-based beef patty 2pcs
  • Brocolli
  • Corn
  • Carrot
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

BBQ Sauce

  • 5 tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of lime
  • 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of water

How To Cook

  1. Mix all of the sauce ingredients into the pan, heat until it is boiled and simmer until thicken. Cooking time depends on how thick you want the sauce to be. After it finishes, set aside
  2. Clean the vegetables and cut according to preferences. Boil water and add a little pinch of salt. Boil the cleaned vegetables for 5 minutes, set aside and put in cold water to retain color
  3. In a pan, heat oil, While waiting, slice the onion and put it into the pan and give sugar. Cook in low heat until it caramelized. After it perfectly browns, turn off the heat
  4. Wipe the pan with clean cloth, add oil and heat it. After it starts to smoke, sear the plant-based patty until it turns golden brown
