Plant Based Beef Burger

Bored with the common beef burger in fast food joint? Why not make it yourself but with plant based meat. Taste the same but healthier than using beef!



  • Plant-based beef patty 2pcs
  • Pickled cucumber or normal cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Burger bun
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Margarine


  • Mayonaise 30 grams
  • Honey 8 grams
  • Mustard 5 grams
  • Lime 5 ml

How To Cook

  1. Cut the bun into two pieces, tops and base. Spread margarine on the inside part of the bun and grill on a pan until browned
  2. In a pan, heat oil, While waiting, make the honey mustard sauce by mixing the ingredients and set aside. When the pan starts to smoke, sear the patty until nice golden brown color. Don’t forget to season the patty with salt and pepper so it does not taste bland
  3. Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, patty, pickled cucumber and sauce it your way. Serve it with french fries, chilli sauce and cold drinks for better eating experience!
