Dendeng Cabe Ijo

It’s a popular food in Sumatra and everyone’s favourite. Made with vegan friendly component. Vegan jerky cooked with a combination of green chili sauce will make it taste spicy and delicious. Mixing garlic and shallots makes this dish rich in flavour.

Ingredients

  • Large green chilies 5 pcs of
  • Green chilies 10 pcs 
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Shallots 2 cloves
  • Salt ½ TSP
  • Mushroom broth ¼ TBSP
  • Sugar ¼ TSP
  • Pepper ¼ TSP
  • Dendeng Meatless Kingdom 150gr

How To Cook

  1. Grind large green chilies, green chilies, shallots, and garlic. Then stir-fry and add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, and pepper then stir-fry until fragrant then add dendeng meatless kingdom stir until blended.
  2. Put the green chili dendeng into the plate.
  3. Meatless Kingdom-style dendeng cabe ijo is ready to be served.
